Mo. Rev. Stat. § 347.107: Remedies of member entitled to distribution.

At the time a member becomes entitled to receive a distribution in accordance with sections 347.010 to 347.187 and the operating agreement, that member has the status of, and is entitled to, all remedies available to a creditor of the limited liability company with respect to the distribution.
