Mo. Rev. Stat. § 347.169: Affirmation, penalties of perjury.

Execution of an application or a certificate by a foreign limited liability company constitutes an affirmation by the person who signed it under the penalties set out in section 575.040 that the facts stated therein are true and that the person so signing has the authority to execute such application or certificate.
