Mo. Rev. Stat. § 349.100: Disclaimer as to impairment of other powers of political subdivisions.

Nothing herein contained shall impair or affect the power or jurisdiction of the municipality, county, township, or school districts in which the corporations organized hereunder are located, and such corporations shall conform to applicable regulations of any governmental authority having jurisdiction therein.
