Mo. Rev. Stat. § 352.220: Certified copy of order filed with secretary of state.

Whenever the court shall grant such judgment of dissolution, the clerk thereof shall send a certified copy of the order of the court to the secretary of state, the expense of which shall be taxed as costs in the case, and said copy shall be filed with the articles of agreement and certificates attached of the association.
