Chapter 354 - Health Services Corporations — Health Maintenance Organizations — Prepaid Dental Plans

If any section, term, or provision of sections 354.400 to 354.636 shall be adjudged invalid for any reason, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate any other section, term, or provision of sections 354.400 to 354.636, but the remaining sections, terms, and provisions shall be and remain in full force and effect.
