Mo. Rev. Stat. § 354.721: Agents, registration required — rules and regulations authorized.

1. A prepaid dental plan corporation shall register the names of all persons acting as agents, for the solicitation of contracts, with the director within thirty days after September 28, 1987.

2. The director may, after notice and hearing, promulgate reasonable rules and regulations to provide for the licensing of agents and the termination or revocation of such licenses.
