Chapter 355 - Nonprofit Corporation Law

The provisions of sections 355.231 to 355.306 shall be applicable to all corporations which have two or more members who are natural persons and, to the extent provided in the bylaws of the corporation, shall be applicable to all other corporations which have one or more members.
