Mo. Rev. Stat. § 358.501: Additional five dollars on every fee charged to partnership collected by secretary of state, where deposited.

The secretary of state may collect an additional fee of five dollars on each and every fee required in this chapter relating to limited liability partnerships. All fees collected as provided in this section shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the secretary of state's technology trust fund account.
