Mo. Rev. Stat. § 360.140: Authority assigned to the office of administration — report to director required.

The health and educational facilities authority is assigned to the office of administration. The authority shall annually, on or before February first of each year, file with the office of administration a report of its previous year's income, expenditures and revenue bonds issued and outstanding.
