Mo. Rev. Stat. § 362.670: Finance director shall certify finding within thirty days.

The approval or disapproval by the finance director shall be certified by him in writing to each bank and trust company which is a party to the merger or such consolidation within thirty days after the date of submission of the agreement to him.
