Mo. Rev. Stat. § 369.029: Perpetual existence, when commenced.

The corporate existence of an association shall begin on the date the secretary of state issues the certificate of incorporation of the association, and such existence shall be perpetual unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of sections 369.010 to 369.369.
