Mo. Rev. Stat. § 369.191: Association may own or control safety vault.

Every savings and loan association or savings association subject to the provisions of this chapter may for a fee or other consideration receive upon deposit for safekeeping personal property of every description, and own or control a safety vault and rent the boxes therein. For purposes of sections 369.191 to 369.212, the term "association" means any savings and loan association or savings association subject to the provisions of this chapter.
