Mo. Rev. Stat. § 37.110: Information technology services division established.

The commissioner of administration shall establish the information technology services division within the office, and this division shall make recommendations and suggestions to all agencies and departments, and to the general assembly. No state data processing equipment shall be added or disposed of by any state agency by sale, lease or otherwise without the approval of this unit.
