Mo. Rev. Stat. § 370.210: Compensation not allowed for board of directors — approval of other salaries required.

1. No member of the board of directors or of the credit or supervisory committees shall receive any compensation for his services as a member of the board or committee.

2. No salary shall be paid any officer or other employee of a credit union except such as may have been duly approved by the board of directors.
