Chapter 375 - Provisions Applicable to All Insurance Companies

Sections 375.1110 to 375.1140 shall take effect on July 1, 1992. No insurer or reinsurer may continue to use the services of a reinsurance intermediary on and after July 1, 1992, unless such use is in compliance with sections 375.1110 to 375.1140.
