Chapter 376 - Life, Health and Accident Insurance

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the department of commerce and insurance shall enforce sections 376.2030 to 376.2036. The provisions of sections 376.2030 to 376.2036 shall apply to health insurance and health benefit plans delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed on or after January 1, 2018.
