Mo. Rev. Stat. § 379.1336: Insurance reorganization, receivership and injunctions provisions — applicability to captive insurance companies.

Except as otherwise provided in sections 379.1300 to 379.1350, the terms and conditions set forth in sections 375.1150 to 375.1246 pertaining to insurance reorganizations, receiverships and injunctions shall apply in full to captive insurance companies formed or licensed under sections 379.1300 to 379.1350.
