Mo. Rev. Stat. § 379.950: Director to promulgate rules, procedure.

The director may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 536 for the implementation and administration of sections 379.930 to 379.952 and section 374.184. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this chapter shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024.
