Mo. Rev. Stat. § 380.301: Approval of merger plan, votes required.

At each such meeting a vote of the members entitled to vote thereat shall be taken on the proposed plan of merger. The plan of merger shall be approved upon receiving the affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each of the corporations entitled to vote at such meeting.
