Mo. Rev. Stat. § 382.160: Exemption from registration and reports, how and when.

The provisions of sections 382.100 to 382.180 shall not apply to any insurer, information or transaction if and to the extent that the director by rule, regulation, or order shall exempt the same from such provisions.
