Mo. Rev. Stat. § 389.999: Causes of action existing prior to August 13, 1988.

Nothing contained in this act* shall be construed or interpreted to limit or expand in any way the rights and remedies of any person in any cause of action or civil proceeding. The provisions of this section shall apply to any cause of action which arises prior to and after August 13, 1988.
