Chapter 392 - Telephone and Telegraph Companies

All corporations formed under sections 392.010 to 392.170 shall possess all the powers and privileges granted to corporations by chapter 351, relating to the general powers of private corporations, and be subject to all the provisions thereof except as herein otherwise provided.
