Mo. Rev. Stat. § 392.530: Construction of provisions of the chapter.

Sections 392.361 to 392.520 are enacted in part to clarify and specify the law existing prior to September 28, 1987. Any specific grant of authority to the commission contained in those provisions shall not be construed as indicating or meaning that the commission did not possess such authority under the law existing prior to September 28, 1987.
