Mo. Rev. Stat. § 393.559: Access, with sheriff, expenses of sheriff.

When the sheriff receives a final order of access as described in section 393.555 or 393.557, he shall immediately deliver and grant the utility company access to the utility meter by entering the residence with an authorized representative of the utility company. The sheriff is entitled to receive all his necessary expenses in the delivery of access to the utility meter.
