Mo. Rev. Stat. § 40.270: Ineligible persons — enlisted, appointed, or separated from service, person effecting — court-martial.

Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490 who effects an enlistment or appointment in or a separation from the state military forces of any person who is known to that person to be ineligible for that enlistment, appointment, or separation because it is prohibited by law, regulation, or order shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
