Mo. Rev. Stat. § 40.305: Cruelty or maltreatment of persons subject to his orders — court-martial.

Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490 who is guilty of cruelty toward, or oppression or maltreatment of, any person subject to his orders shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
