Mo. Rev. Stat. § 400.9-521: Uniform form of written financing statement and amendment.

Except for a reason set forth in section 400.9-516(b), a filing office that accepts written records may not refuse to accept a written document for a filing authorized by this chapter, provided that the document conforms to a format:

(1) Approved by the International Association of Corporate Administrators; or

(2) Adopted by a rule promulgated by the secretary of state pursuant to section 400.9-526.
