Mo. Rev. Stat. § 404.081: Uniformity of application and construction — not to be exclusive method of transferring property to a minor.

1. Sections 404.005 to 404.094 shall be applied and construed to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of sections 404.005 to 404.094 among states enacting a similar law.

2. Sections 404.005 to 404.094 shall not be construed as providing an exclusive method of transferring property to a minor.
