Chapter 404 - Transfers to Minors — Personal Custodian and Durable Power of Attorney

A donor making a present transfer of property to a beneficiary may designate and transfer the property to any adult person or financial institution, including the donor, as personal custodian for the beneficiary under sections 404.400 to 404.650.
