Mo. Rev. Stat. § 404.870: Handicapped or disabled, discrimination against not allowed.

Nothing in sections 404.710 to 404.865 shall be construed to authorize, approve or condone discrimination against the handicapped or the disabled in the exercise of the authority of a durable power of attorney for health care. Decisions based on factors listed in section 404.822 shall not be considered discriminatory.
