Mo. Rev. Stat. § 408.455: Variable rate agreements subject to certain provisions.

All contracts or agreements originally subject to sections 408.450 to 408.470, existing on August 28, 2003, shall remain subject to the provisions of sections 408.140, 408.150, 408.160 and 408.550 to 408.562, even if the contract or agreement is converted into another form of credit.
