Chapter 409 - Regulation of Securities

It shall not be necessary to negative any of the exemptions of sections 409.800 to 409.863 in any complaint, information or indictment, or any writ or proceeding brought under sections 409.800 to 409.863; and the burden of proof of any such exemption shall be upon the party claiming the same.
