Mo. Rev. Stat. § 41.250: Warrant and flight officers — appointment.

Warrant and flight officers in the organized militia shall be appointed by the governor. The classes of persons from which warrant and flight officers may be appointed shall conform to the qualifications and requirements of the laws and regulations of the United States Armed Forces.
