Mo. Rev. Stat. § 436.266: Uniformity considered in applying law.

In applying and construing sections 436.215 to 436.272, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to the subject matter of sections 436.215 to 436.272 among states that enact it.
