Mo. Rev. Stat. § 442.095: Sections 442.090 to 442.120 applicable to whom.

The provisions of sections 442.090 to 442.120 inclusive shall apply to any person otherwise eligible for a loan, guaranty, or insurance on a loan, pursuant to the Act of Congress of the United States entitled the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944, as amended, and the minor spouse of any eligible veteran.
