Mo. Rev. Stat. § 443.280: Title which purchaser acquires.

A purchaser under a sale by virtue of an execution on a judgment rendered in pursuance of the provisions of sections 443.010 to 443.440 shall take a title as against the parties to the suit, but he shall not be permitted to set it up against the subsisting equities of those who are not parties thereto.
