Chapter 452 - Dissolution of Marriage, Divorce, Alimony and Separate Maintenance

Sections 452.700 to 452.930 shall not govern:

(1) An adoption proceeding; or

(2) A proceeding pertaining to the authorization of emergency medical care for a child.
