Mo. Rev. Stat. § 454.630: Release of information.

When an order for health benefit plan coverage pursuant to sections 454.600 to 454.645 is in effect, the obligor's employer or union shall* release to the division or obligee, upon request, information on such coverage, including the name of the administrator or insurer.
