Mo. Rev. Stat. § 456.017: Applicability of sections 456.011, 456.013, and 456.014.

The provisions of sections 456.011, 456.013, and 456.014 shall apply to every trust of the kind described in such sections hereafter created or heretofore created or attempted to be created as if such sections had been effective on and after the date of the creation, or attempted creation, of each such trust.
