Mo. Rev. Stat. § 456.1-102: Scope.

Sections 456.1-101 to 456.11-1106 apply to express trusts, charitable or noncharitable, testamentary or inter vivos, and trusts created pursuant to a statute, judgment, or decree that requires the trust to be administered in the manner of an express trust. Sections 456.1-101 to 456.11-1106 do not apply to any trust created by the inherent power of the court pursuant to chapter 460.
