Beginning at the northeast corner of township forty-three, range twenty; thence south with the range line between ranges nineteen and twenty to the southeast corner of section one, township thirty-eight, range twenty; thence west with the subdivisional line to the southwest corner of section six, township thirty-eight, range twenty-three; thence north with the range line between ranges twenty-three and twenty-four to the northeast corner of township thirty-nine, range twenty-three, west; thence west with the township line between townships thirty-nine and forty to the middle of the main channel of the Osage River where it crosses the south line of section thirty-one, township forty, range twenty-three, west; thence up the main channel of the said Osage River until it strikes the range line between ranges twenty-three and twenty-four, west; thence north with said range line to the northeast corner of section eighteen, township forty-three, range twenty-three, west; thence east with the subdivisional line to the northeast corner of section thirteen, township forty-three, range twenty-two, west; thence north with the range line between range twenty-one and twenty-two, west, to the northeast corner of township forty-three, range twenty-one, west; thence east with the township line between township forty-three and forty-four to the place of beginning.
