Beginning at the northwest corner of section three, township twenty-four, range twenty-two, west; thence east with the township line between townships twenty-four and twenty-five to the northeast corner of township twenty-four, range seventeen, west; thence south with range line between ranges sixteen and seventeen to the southern boundary line of the state; thence west with said boundary line to the middle of range twenty-two, west; thence north with the subdivisional lines to the place of beginning.
