Chapter 47 - Townships, Removal of County Seats and Division of Counties

It shall be the duty of each commissioner, before entering upon the duties herein assigned him, to take an oath that he will faithfully perform the duties of commissioner, a certificate of which shall be endorsed on the paper evidencing his appointment.
