Chapter 473 - Probate Code — Administration of Decedents' Estates

Each bond shall be signed by the executor or administrator and his surety and shall be acknowledged before the judge or clerk or before some officer authorized to take acknowledgments of deeds and a certificate of the acknowledgment shall be endorsed thereon.
