Mo. Rev. Stat. § 488.006: Infraction charges imposed same as misdemeanor charges.

For any infraction, unless otherwise provided by law, all court costs, fees, surcharges, and other miscellaneous charges shall be assessed in the same manner and amount as a misdemeanor.
