Mo. Rev. Stat. § 488.5356: Change of venue, costs allowed when.

The costs and expenses necessarily incurred in the change of venue pursuant to section 545.620 shall be adjusted and allowed by the court wherein the cause is tried, and shall be taxed as other costs in such cause.
