Mo. Rev. Stat. § 50.050: County treasurer to report.

The county treasurer shall, at the first term of county commission after the redemption of the warrants by the county revenue fund, submit to the commission a detailed statement showing the amount and time the school moneys were invested, the amount belonging to each district so used, and the amount of interest realized for each district; and the commission shall direct such interest to be placed to the credit of the respective districts and the treasurer be charged therewith.
