Mo. Rev. Stat. § 528.310: If report approved, judgment to be rendered thereon — force of judgment.

If no such cause be shown, the report shall be confirmed, and final judgment rendered thereon, which judgment shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties to the proceedings, and all persons claiming under them.
