Mo. Rev. Stat. § 528.750: Construction of act, promotion of uniformity of law to be considered.

In applying and construing sections 528.700 to 528.750, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact such substantially similar provisions.
