Mo. Rev. Stat. § 536.075: Discovery rule violations, sanctions.

In any proceeding before the administrative hearing commission, where a party to the proceeding moves for sanctions for an alleged violation of any discovery rule, the moving party shall in the motion certify that reasonable efforts were made to resolve the dispute informally with the opposing party.
